Not sure what to say?

We knew her as "Willie's Mom," a great lady who was beautiful inside and out and who loved people and always made them feel welcome. Hers was a life well lived, and she will long be remembered and missed.

Tillie was such a very special person. I had the priviledge of knowing and loving her. If you were fortunate enough to be in her presence it was like standing in the middle of a beautiful rainbow - she made every day sparkle. Special memories will always be with me.

Willie and Ruth Hunt,

We were so sorry to hear this news. Your mother had the most sparkling personality and always a smile on her beautiful face. She was a joy to know. And the candy factory, always a wonderful part of our school days (and beyond). Great memories.

Your entire family are in our thoughts and prayers. May God bless.

Willie and Ruth Hunt, Just to let you all know how sorry I am about your mom. She was always one of my very favorites of Boo and Dad's friends. She always made me feel like she was so happy to see me,and special. She was well loved. Barret and I were talking this morning about her being a bridesmaid in Boo's wedding. Take care. Love, Mary Ray

Our last visit with Ruth Hunt was at church a year and a half ago. She came on her walker and had a box of candy for us. Our prayers are with your family.

Tillie was the absolute definition of a true Southern lady. She was witty, sharp, generous, faithful and resourceful. She shined in the presence of others. 90 years young, she will be missed but never forgotten as her legacy will live on for ages. How lucky was I to have known her and loved her and now how lucky is heaven to receive such a wonderful gift. Be comforted that Tillie enjoyed life and add so much sparkle to all of ours.

This wonderful lady has always been a part of my life from her mother, Ruth Hunt being my Sunday School teacher to the daily trips to town to get the great "chewy" Blue Mondays. She was a great contributor to the new carillons recently purchased for the church. "Welcome home, Thou Good and Faithful Servant"

Willie and Ruth Hunt,I am so sorry about Tillie. She was such a good person, and I loved her.If there's anything I can do,please let me know.
