Though we've only just met, Tom and Dorothy, we are bound together by the love of Christ as sisters and brothers, and so we mourn with you as you mourn. It was a privilege and joy to serve with Emily at Our Daily Bread Ministries. Her love of God and all people was so evident. May His comfort and hope surround you in the days ahead.

My deepest and most heartfelt sympathies to your entire family. It was a delight and privilege to have known Emily. She was a warm wonderful person of infectious charm and confidence who brought so much joy and light into my life as she did with all those who knew her.

Tom & Dorothy: Pat and I are so sorry to hear of the passing of your daughter Emily. We are out of town until the 13th so will not be able to come to the visitation or funeral but please know that we are praying for you and your family in this unbelievably difficult time. While no words can really make you feel any better and the pain will never truly go away, we do pray that you are able to experience God's peace in this difficult time.
