Emma was my great Aunt. My mother often took us as young girls to visit her at her home in Bay City. She taught us to play canasta. She taught me how to properly care for my newly pierced (and very tender) ears, even buying me a new pair of "french hook" earrings to wear. She loved to cook. She was always eager to lend a helping hand. Each year, she sent along with my mom, gifts of unique Christmas ornaments for each of our children. To Emma's Family,

I was truly saddened to read of Emma's passing.

Like so many others, Emma touched my life as a co-worker and good friend at Michigan Bell. She and I worked in the same office for nearly four years. I will remember her for the cheerful outlook on life and her ability to laugh at things that sometimes troubled those of us not as wise as she.

Emma Bush was a wonderful working friend during our days at Michigan Bell. She will be missed by many friends. Clara E. Hancock
