Not sure what to say?

I had no idea that so many had given their condolences during the time of my mother's death. I know it is 9 years later, but I just wanted to say thanks.

Tythus Kimbrough (1 of Emma's son)
It's hard to believe Mrs. Kimbrough has been gone for almost a year. I really miss her calling our home to talk with my mother. She was a wise woman and I know she is with our Heavenly father, her husband and her children.

To Mrs. Kimbrough's grandchildren

I never knew Mrs. Kimbrough's grandchildren; I knew Corinthia's because of we were in vacation Bible School together back in the 1990's. (Of course I knew she had a lot of grandchildren!)

However, I want the grandchildren to know that I last grandmother back in 2003. (Mrs. Kimbrough was there for my family and me with her words of encouragement). But, I want the grandchildren to know I am here for you all.

Mrs. Kimbrough was a dear...

You were my riding partner and my eating partner. You were the friend I looked to when I did not know what to do. I'll always remember you saying, 'Honey you got to pray on it" I miss you. To the family, one of her favorite saying was ,"God don't put no more on you than you can bear" Keep your head up. Pam&Les

To Rashida and family:
Our prayers and deepest condolences are with you at such a difficult time. You will continue to be in our hearts in the days, weeks, months, and years to come as we know how devastating this loss is for you and your family.

I am truely sadden by the fact that I am losing one the best friends I have ever had. I have known Emma since 1935 when we first became neighbors in the Carver Area and when I moved in 1960, we continued to stay friends for a lifetime. I was blessed that in March of this year when I turned 95, Emma accompanied me at my party as one of my honored guest. By this time we had been friends for 73 years, longer than any of our children or grandchildren has even been born. Emma, even though it's...

To the Kimbrough Family
It is said that when you cry, you cry alone but that isn't true. The sadness you are feeling is felt by loved ones around you. Our love & prayers are with you. Our loss here on earth, is the Lord's gain in heaven. May you find comfort in knowing that you're not alone.

To The Kimbrough Family:
My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

To be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord. In His presence is fullness of Joy. God shall wipe all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying neither shall there be any more pain:
This mother was a Blessing sent from God himself. Thank you Jesus for allowing us to have her for awhile.
