I'm sorry to hear about your Mom. I have fond memories of the spontaneous road trip we took from SMC to your home during finals of Senior year. Your Mom, was so mellow when we pulled up at 1 am with a car full of guys and girls.
I remember thinking that one day I wanted to be a "cool" Mom like that!

Dear Mary Jo and Family,

Very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was such a great role model to even us "neighborhood kids". I remember playing endlessly with the wooden blocks in your front room and having to leave when she announced it was dinner time, and oh the wonderful gingerbread houses at the bottom of the staircase at Christmas time. My prayers are with all of you.

Mary Jo and family,
I have such fond memories of a lady who truly embraced life and all it had to offer. Not once did I ever see her without a smile on her face and a great "How are you doing?". Those who knew her were blessed by her friendship. My love and sympathy to all of you.
