Greetings family and condolences again for your mom who was beautiful both inside and out. Wanted you all to know I hated the circumstances surrounding our meeting on yesterday only because it was too soon for us. We can take comfort in knowing we will all be together on day. Emma Meekins was my godmother. In recent years, whenever I'd visit Bridgeport, I'd make every effort to stop by and see her. As my godmother, I looked to her as my living connection to my own mother. It was about this time last year that I was in town. My youngest son Andrew, was with me. She was so gracious to both of us and she loved meeting him for the first time.
