JAMES - Emmanuel On March 29, 2016, Mr. Emanuel "Mike" James of Hempstead, NY peacefully entered into eternal rest in Randallstown, MD. Born to the late Joseph S. James and Mary Sandrine Mark, he was the beloved husband of the late Ronell James for 52 years. His memories will be survived through sons, Ronald, Lawrence and Joseph, their spouses Sonya and Haydee, and his grandchildren, Chantel, Paulina and Sophia. He is also survived by siblings, Catherine Joy Janssen-James, Constance Susana, and Angelica Herry, and Michael "Bob" James; his step-siblings, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Emanuel was preceded in death by siblings, Margaret Eustache and Yvonne McQuilkin, and Abraham Lincoln James. Visitation will be 9-10am, Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, Bowie, MD followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30am at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Laurel, MD. Interment 10am, Monday, April 11 at Lee Memorial Park, Lehigh Acres, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Loretto Church, 115 Greenwich Street, Hempstead, NY 11550.
