What Fond Memories Of A Great Lady And A Great Real Estate Broker, Emmie Teal Boone! I First Met Emmie In February 1992, When In The Market, As A First Time Home Buyer. Emmie Was A Very Dedicated Real Estate Broker, And She And I Shared Many Laughs, During My First Time Homeownership Process, Until Closing On April 2, 1992. Until This Day, I Still Remember Emmie's Wise Nuggets Of Homeownership. To The Boone Family, My Belated Sincere Condolences And Prayers Are Extended On The Loss Of Your...

Emmie was like a second mother to me, she also had the best advice, only if asked, of course..she was one of my mom´s best friends as my brother and I were growing up.. My brother used to joke, that he could walk in after school, bleeding, missing a limb, or shot and mom would say Shhh I am on the phone with Emmie.. She was a strong and independent woman..Very Strong willed and and miss respected by all.. She will be greatly missed.. Now she and mom can have endless conversations in heaven..

Your Mother was a brilliant "Hoot!" I haven´t seen her in forty years but she made a mark on my life. I grew up in Wadesboro too and we got to know each other in the 80s when she was at Tyler House. NOBODY laughed with the delight and gusto that she did and I loved her so much. What a wonderful legacy she left her by the bright life she lived!

I´m sad to see the news of Emmie´s passing. I knew her during those simpler times at CCH apartments when I babysat Paige (before Baby Carson joined the family) and afterward when the Boones were transitioning to Wilson Lane. Over the years I enjoyed seeing Emmie from time to time (seems like these encounters were always at the CV Fresh Market); it was good to catch up and reminisce. I offer my sympathy and condolences especially to Paige and Carson and hope good memories will be a comfort to...

We loved being just across the street from Emmie on Wilson Lane. She was a fun neighbor and Reid loved her little dog, "Bandit" who would come over to our yard often. I know Heaven gained a sweet girl!

What memories I have of the many years we were friends...at ESUMC and later! May she Rest In Peace and Rise in Glory! Dorathy

Paige, I´m so sorry! This is so perfectly written about your mom! To know her was to love her! Xoxo

Paige, I am so sorry for your loss! Everyone loved your mom and this is so well said about her!! I know she was so proud of you! Wonderful memories of her!

What a gift it was to have known Emmie. She was a woman of substance who epitomized the person who made everybody's day with laughter. We need more people just like her in today's society! I will miss her indeed! My best regards to her family. William C. Hunter - Wilmington, N. C.
