Not sure what to say?

I too am one of the many who will never forget you Ma! I picture you in my mind every time I write the word "separate" - DON'T YOU KNOW THAT THERE'S A RAT IN THAT WORD!!! You made class interesting even for the non-enthusiasts (ok, slackers) and made the importance of education clear to all of us. We will miss you on this Earth Ma, your spirit lives on...

Ma Weaver was one of those remarkable persons who molded the young lives of many. She may have technically taught English, but what she really taught was respect and responsibilities.

And didn't Ma have a good fast ball! She could line drive you in the 3rd row with the chalk board eraser! She could tame the wildest troublemaker by treating them like little babies "Come on up here and move your desk right next to mama's - here are some crayons - your not old enough for...

Peter... I'm sorry to hear about your mom. She was a magnificient lady ! All of our class knows the proper way to shake hands thanks to her...She went to each person in class & shook their hand... then gave a critique after shaking with everyone. Years later, when I'd visit your mom...she always made me a cup of tea. Peter, I don't know if you remember me but I was also a friend of your brothers and sorry to just find out that he had also died. You had a wonderful family !

I clearly remember Mrs. Weaver and her love of the written word and how encouraging she was to all of her students, no matter what their educational ability. To this day, I think of Ma Weaver every time I spell separate because I used to misspell it so bad, she would say over and over to me "SEP-A-RAT"! Rest in peace Mrs. Weaver.

Ma Weaver installed values and the importance of learning in many of us.She always had such an upbeat attitude and charm that she was able to get through to even the laziest of students(myself)and help them learn.Looking back its easy to see what a lasting impression she has left on so many lives as many of us bring up our own childeren and try to install the same values and importance of a education.Always missed and loved, your with the angels Ma,may you rest in peace.

If it hadn't been for Ma weaver I would have never graduated and would never have the love and passion for english that she instilled(sometimes painfully)in me. She was my mentor and my rock and my friend. My love and respect goes with her and May she rest in peace. I will miss you Ma Weaver and my sympathies to all of her family that she left behind.

Mrs. Weaver was my home room teacher and also had me and some of my brothers as students. She made learning fun and I particularly remember her grammar lessons (which have come in handy to this day!) My mother was a friend of hers, Betty Veilleux (Red Barn Christmas Shop). Both my mother (1995) and father (2002) have passed away. I am so sorry for your loss. She was a special person who will live on in people's memories for a long time to come.

Ma Weaver was legendary. She was a great teacher and woman who made a huge difference in our world. God Bless.

Ma Weaver has been loved by thousands & will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
