I was a young college student when I first met Emory. He was the one who brought me to APD. I consider him a mentor and a brother. To his family your are all in my prayers. This was a great loss to all who knew him.

I Managed a night club in Atlanta for 6 years. Emory worked with me on the weekends, and visited me during the week on his patrol. I consider him one of my best friends and I will always remember him and miss him. As was said by others in this guest book, he was kind and never had a bad word about anyone He was a credit to the police department and to all that encountered him. I still cant except his death he was one of the best men I ever new and I am proud to have had the oppritunity to be...

Remember, in your most difficult times and darkest hours, it will be those one set of footprints to reassure you that he carried you through. Emory will be greatly missed. Words cannot begin to express the deep hurt that is so widespread and felt among us all. This is Truely a Tragic Loss.

Dear Munford family
I am very sorry about your lost. I hope the comfort of your friends and the love of family will help you to endure. May the God of comfort bring you hope. From reading the quest book Emory was a very special person. As my nephew growns he will learn more about his great uncle Emery. Wishing you peace and happiness.
