Not sure what to say?

I knew Emory, June and Marta. They were friends of my father and mother. We all went to New York in 1961 so that my father and Dr. Thomas could become orthodontists by studying at Columbia University . My question is was Dr. Thomas the son of Civil War historian Emory Thomas of the University of Georgia? I think he must’ve been since Professor Thomas was born in Richmond Virginia. I would ask my father but he’s been dead since 2011.

June,

Dont know if you remember the CLeaves family but I just saw this as I was going to refer a friend to you all! So sorry for your loss and will keep you in my prayers. You two were the "dynamic duo" who could work and live together and still LAUGH together...

Dear June
Please except my condolscences. Emory was a great guy and I enjoyed working with him on the orthodontic patients we treated together. He loved his profession and did a gerat job I know he would not have done anything any differently.
Sincerely,
John Alexander

Dear Marta, my prayers are with you and your mother at this time. Bill has been up there with Jesus and God for almost 5 years, so he was waiting for your father, to show him around; so he won't be lonely, until he meets with the rest of his family. My thoughts are with you today, in your time of grief. Please feel free to e-mail me at any time; I'm always here to listen to you. Love, Pat

Emory did not count the days, he made the days count. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. Emory was a dear friend. I have a strong belief that, every person whom we meet plays a very important role in our lives and helps us to complete our journey of life. Sincerely, Pat Ashlaw #2 Daughter

Please accept my condolsences at the loss of your father. As you know I only had the opportunity to meet and talk with him on a few occasions at family reunions. I am sure he is now at peace with departed family and a loving God.
