Enid Thompson

Dear sweet Enid had a profound effect on my life when I was a young mother and we served together exercising a young boy with physical and mental handicaps. She gave me good sound advice in her quiet way about compassion and love. She and Jay were an answer to prayer one night when I hadn't planned to attend a RS meeting but was so glad I did when they presented information I needed to hear to prepare me for the birth of my grandson the next morning. Sister Enid was a bright glow in any room. Her ready quiet smile made friends and strangers feel welcome. I love photo 23 in the attached album: Enid's hand on his chest and Jay's hand on her shoulder. This was a frequent sight. Their love and bond is eternal. My condolences to Jay and all of her family. Until we meet again.

Enid was such a very sweet woman. She will be missed. I'm sure her and my Grandma Luana Cowan are hugging and excited for their future.
