Not sure what to say?

Amidst the moral decay and materialism of today's culture, Enno Ercklentz will always stand out as a person of great moral character, honesty and modesty in a world so adverse to that. See you in Paradise, Enno...

I first met Enno in Japan during WWII. We became close friends ever since. News of his death was a great shock.

I served with Enno Ercklentz on the Board of the Deutsche Schule in the 1990ies. He was an impressive, true gentleman, cultured, humorous and dedicated to the activities he pursued, a species nowadays rare to find. I always enjoyed his passion for music and the arts. He never failed to use his admirable skill to moderate between strongly opposing positions and factions. Those who had the privilege to work with him will never forget this impressive gentleman and miss him.

Mr. Ercklentz was a wonderful, kind, loving man. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. Steph & Cornelia, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Enno was truly a charming and entertaining colleague and a valued supporter of the American Foreign Law Association. He will be missed and remembered.

I remember Enno with the fondest of memories. He encapsulated all that was noble about a person. I shall miss him.
