I am so sorry to hear about your husband and father. He was a great man that I will never forget. I am sorry that I will not be able to make it to Massachusetts for the service. I wish I could. If there is any thing I can do let me know.

Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the USN during the Korean War as a member of the "Silent Service" aboard the submarine USS Tirante(SS 420). And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
