Enrique “El Lobo” Caballero Urias Jr

   Enrique Urias Caballero Jr. better known as “El Lobo”, 83 years old of Midland, TX, was called home and eternal rest on September 23, 2020. Son of the late Enrique Urias Barraza and Santa Maria Caballero de Urias. Born August 10, 1937 in La Hacienda de Orientales del Municipio de Manuel Benavides (San Carlos), Chihuahua, Mexico. He was one of six siblings. He was raised in the Rancho El Murciélago del Municipio de Manuel Benavides (San Carlos), Chihuahua, Mexico. He leaves his beloved wife and soulmate of  52 years, Carolina Montoya de Urias, whom he met in Ft. Stockton, TX.  They married in Midland, TX, July 4, 1968.  Together they formed a beautiful family of  5 daughters, 2 sons, 33 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.   

He loved music, dancing, eating chivo, and spending time with his family and friends. Family was everything to him. Every family gathering brought a smile to his face and love to his heart.

In life Lobo was an agricultural contractor and had the privilege to work and travel through many states.  Finally in 1986 the family settled in Midland, Texas, and he started working as a truck driver.

He is survived by his Daughter Rosa Maria U. Garcia married Marco Antonio of McKinney, TX, children Jose Perez Jr., Esequiel, Ismael, and Gavino; Daughter Maria Eugenia Flores married Ricardo, of Midland, TX, children Ricardo Jr., Lina, Vivian and Nicolas; Son Baltazar M. Urias married Karla Hernandez of Midland, TX, children Pablo (great grandchildren Avery and Julius), Alexis married Peyton (great grandchild Braylen), Yahvel married Anne, Karlo and Ramses;   Son Enrique M. Urias III married Miroslava Hernandez of Midland, TX, children, Daisy Flores married Fabian, Enrique Jr. IV. married Genesis (great grandchild Enrique Jr. V), Mimi, Mia and Elvis; Daughter Flor Maria Galindo married Silvestre of Midland, TX, children Beatriz, Silvestre Jr., Florisel and Levi; Daughter Sara U. Sanchez married Mauro of Midland, TX, children Elian, Sarita, Gemma and Maximiliano; Daughter Manuela U. Rueda married German of Ft. Worth, TX, children Carolina and German.

Also survived by brother Alvaro Urias and sister Olimpia Montoya, countless cousins, nieces and nephews.  

Preceded in death by his parents, brother Felix Urias, sister Maria de Jesus Urias de Carrasco, brother Jose Urias, and grandson Alberto Manuel Galindo.

Viewing will be Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 9:00am to 9:00pm with a rosary starting at 7:00pm Saturday evening. Viewing will also be Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 10:00am to 9:00pm with a rosary to be recited Sunday evening at 7:00pm all at Heavenly Gate Funeral Home & Chapel, 405 N. Terrell St. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 2:00pm at San Miguel Arcangel Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
