You were my second best friend(next to Jess of course) as I was growing up. You were always there when I needed you and your kind words kept me sane. I worked with Lt. Kaase as a civilian supervisor in the Records Unit of the St. Paul Police Dept. around 1980. He was a wonderful guy, very personable, and always seemed to be in a good mood. I had a lot of respect for him. My sympathies to his family....
