Linnea, Christian, Jonathan, and family, I just saw and read thoroughly your heartfelt obituary about Eric today, Sunday, May 25th, so am so sorry that we were unable to join you for Eric's Celebration of Life. What a fantastic, full life he had! I would like to imagine Eric and Pat Diggs joining your father in a heavenly ensemble, much to the joy of all up there. Please accept our sincerest condolences on the loss of Eric.

Eric was a great man - kind, and generous. He was more than a best friend´s father - he was a father figure whose kindness, generosity, and steady presence left a lasting mark. To James, he was a guiding light, and role model. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, and he will be deeply missed.

I´m so sorry for your loss. Eric was a wonderful person, and his choir will be missed. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Eric´s passing. Growing up on Fair Oaks with Chris made for some of the best memories of my childhood-but it was more than just friendship. Eric and Linnea always made me feel welcomed and cared for, especially coming from a single-parent home. Eric had a way of looking out for me that I´ll never forget. Even from a distance, he mentored me in ways he probably never realized. His wisdom, humor, and larger-than-life personality left a lasting impression...

Eric I have fond memories of you and will always remember you and your talents with music. Linnea, Christian, Jonathan and Courtney. I know you are missing him, I give you all my condolences. I am sorry I will have to miss his Celebration of Life, for I was called out of town yesterday, for family business. Take care and much love sent to you all. Beverly and John Cappelletti
