As I am just hearing of Eric´s passing I am saddened and want to extend my condolences. My husband and I met Eric many years ago at Rogue River park while walking our dogs. He was a a kind and caring man, always ready to share his thoughts on life. Our love of dogs and want to travel made my husband and I friends of his quickly. Eric and Anita were very loved at Our Lady of Consolation too. They will live in our memories forever. I was part of the rosary ladies who prayed with Anita on Thursdays. I am so sorry for your loss. Anita and Eric were vibrant members at Our Lady of Consolation. I was in a Divine Mercy prayer group with Anita, and she was an amazing loving, caring woman. Eric was quite the adventurer and their life together amazing. We send our heartfelt sympathy to you and your family.

Eric was generous with his skills and his time, a gift to our community.

Eric was my favorite "volunteer" repairman...he did several jobs for me which I see daily and give me fond memories of this good man. He was special.
