I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Eric. His sense of humor was infectious. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult and painful time for you and your family. You surrounded Eric with so much love and support. He was truly blessed with such a loving family.

There are things that we don’t want to happen but have to accept, things we don’t want to know but have to learn and people we can’t live without but have to let go. Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal, love leaves a memory that no one can steal.

We hope that you find comfort and happiness in knowing that Eric has touched the lives and hearts of so many others and gave them the eternal gift of many happy memories.

Eric was one of the first people I worked with at the Massachusetts Hospital School. I loved his tenacity and sense of humor. I learned so much from him, and we had fun devising switches and ways to do everyday things. I am thankful to have known him and to have met his remarkable family!
