Not sure what to say?

Not a day goes by that I don´t miss Eric. Not a single day.

Whenever we think of someone or discuss them with others, we make sure they are never forgotten and we keep them alive in memory. It's not fair that a young guy of 30 would give up the ghost, but that is what happened. Fifteen years ago seems like a completely different era, with names and faces falling away from my memory daily. Eric had a face that always said, "I'm a good guy," and you always felt at ease around him. I am certain that Eric is sitting at the foot of the Father in heaven,...

A stand up guy. Friendly, welcoming, and funny. R.I.P. brother

Still think about him frequntly--
Very nice guy, great musician, always willing to help other people and other bands out.
Great head on his shoulders, funny, and kind. A sad, sad loss.

Eric was a solid dude!!! Big-hearted, funny, kind, generous, and a talented musician!!! He did sooooooo much for the local hardcore-punk scene, playing in a great band, booking great shows (at Mugs), working the door, working security (in a firm but fair way --he was a big guy), etc. Eric never had a bad thing to say about anyone! Over the last four years I lost track of his band, BLOODLINED CALLIGRAPHY, but I'd been hearing that they were still on top! Eric played music for music's...

Eric was never afraid to be himself. I remember so many little things-- his annual afro, "Zeus" the saxaphone, and most of all, his contagious smile. Praying for the Cargile family as they grieve a tremendous loss.

I'm very saddened by this news. I'll always remember Eric as a bright young man who understood the connections.

Tiger Tiger. burning bright,
In the forests of the night;
What immortal hand or eye.
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?

In what distant deeps or skies.
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand, dare seize the fire?

And what shoulder, & what art,
Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat.
What dread hand? & what dread feet?

What the hammer? what the...

I'm so sorry to hear of Eric's passing. I knew him as a student at Calvary Christian Academy and my nephew, Brad Kormash's good friend. He was a gentle giant during his years at CCA. I remember in high school when he came to the office for me to get a splinter out of his finger and how he was afraid, as if he were a little child. I was blessed to have known him. I pray that the Lord will comfort his family and friends as only HE can. Mary Davis
