Read MoreWas sorry to hear about Ric's passing. I was lucky to have known Ric during my years in Louisville. Half the time as opposing attorneys, and the other half hanging out with mutual friends. The photo accompanying the notice is perfect. It's just how I remember him. My condolences to his friends and family.

Ric was such an important part of my brother and I growing up. He is one of the kindest and most generous souls in the world. We have many great memories. I am so thankful I was able to be there with him during his final days.

A kind and gentle soul who loved his heritage of being a brother to many Collegiate Knights at Morehead State University as well as ADHSGA also associated with MSU. Will miss our many gatherings in Louisville & Gatlinburg. The brotherhood has been a lasting strength. RIP
