Not sure what to say?

We remember all the fun times we had
when we gathered with our families. You could always expect lots of laughs
from Eric and his cousins. We have those memories and someday when we are
together again we'll continue to have a good time. We love you all and our prayers for your families will continue! Uncle Sherry & Aunt Jane

To The Family of Eric:

I am so truly sorry for yours and mine loss of Eric. Watching him grow up with his other brothers and sister was a pure delight. I hope God will give you peace as well as Eric. We love all of you and God Bless.
Aunt Kathy & Uncle Roger

Eric was one of a kind. I had the privelage to have trained Eric when he was a road deputy with the Sheriff Dept. Eric was always a cutup but nobody could take away from him the acknowledgement/award he received the year he stood out as the outstanding producer on his shift. Eric had a great heart and we shared times together that convinced me he wanted to do what was right and disappointed himself when like everyone else he would sometimes fail. Rest in Gods peace Eric!

Lynne,
I worked with you years ago and was so sad to read of your loss. My prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
~ Nancy Suhr

Although I didn't have the privilege of knowing Eric as an adult, I spent many hours with him as a child. He was a dear cousin who was always the funniest kid in the room. You couldn't be around him and not have a smile on your face. I am so sorry to learn of his passing - it was heartbreaking news. My sincere symypathies to his wife and children and to Don, Fritzie and Bill and to all who loved him. He will be missed terribly, I know. God bless you all.

Lynn,

Jeannette

Eric was full of life. I had the priviledge of working with Eric and Bill at Horlick field. He made life just a little happier when he was around. I will always remember his smile and good nature. My sincere thoughts and prayers are with you. He will be missed.

Tuesday, November 19, 1996, I receive a phone call from Winona Catholic Charities saying they had a young man there claiming to be my birth brother. After picking up my 46 year-old backside from the floor, I spent the next few days reading and rereading the eloquent yet heart-pounding letter that this young man, Eric, had asked them to send to me. A few days later, on a Sunday -- the Sunday before Thanksgiving -- 13 years ago today -- I picked up the phone and called him. What an...
