Remembering Eric and all the others who suffer and passed away from this disease. May they be in God's hands.

Eric helped out at one of our dance recitals at the Middlebury Rec. He had a great smile, was well-mannered, and loved talking about music. I immediately thought this is the son or grandson everyone dreams of having. I believe he is with God now and experiencing genuine peace.

Although we did not know Eric, we know his story as well as yours, through our son's heroin addiction. We will pray for all of you and ask that you pray for our son as well. He currently has four months clean after his 4th or 5th rehab....we've lost count. We know one thing for sure. Addiction is a hideous disease that devestates families, emotionally and financially but most of all...it wins in the end, way too often. Eric sounds like a great kid and the was light of your life as is our...
