Not sure what to say?

I went to school with Eric in the gifted program at Minneha in wichita in the 70s. Glen was my professor at WSU and my husband Tim's warm colleague. The ALC elementary class is having a 50-year reunion July 4th weekend in wichita, at which we will plant a tree on the school grounds with a plaque commemorating Eric and our other lost classmates, Chuck and Barry. Eric is truly missed by all of us!

Words are still hard to come by to express any semblance of the sorrow that is still felt at the death of Eric. Going to the memorial was a wonderful way to share some of the grief and much of the joy of knowing him.

Although I had not seen Eric in years I had kept up with his accomplishments since his school days. You have so much to be proud about. I know how sad it is to think of him not being with you in person anymore, but we are all better for having known him, even though it was for too short of a time.

Eric was both a friend and mentor when I was a student at Wichita State University. He always challenged me to "think outside the box." He encouraged me down the path of Student Affairs, for which I will be forever grateful. He will be terribly missed.
