Eric-- Rick

Eric was a good friend and mentor to Jim and Miriam at the Warren County Airport. We run Leaf Air LLC a flight school in upstate N.Y.
We met Eric at the diner where he and his crew stopped for lunch while on patrol of the canal system.

Eric was always friendly and helpful if we needed any advice with our students, etc.

We miss seeing Eric but can still hear him on the radio calling in his position in the pattern setting up for a landing at...

So sorry to hear about Eric's passing. We were friends from our Boy Scout days in TMR, and since! his sense of humor and his caring for family and friends were unparalleled; Ill miss our conversations of late... Peace to you all, his family and friends

To Lynne, Erika and family- I am so very sorry on the loss of Rick. He was always a true friend to me. I will always be grateful for him teaching me how to land the plane. A caring warm hearted man indeed who will be missed. Fly high Rick! Love, Sharon

My Dad, I miss you so much. You taught me so much. My earliest and most cherished memories will always be our time spent in the air in 9122W and 200EF. I will try to always live my life in a way to make you proud, and remember the things you taught me. I guess 49 years is a good length of time to have a dad, but it wasn't long enough. Fly high, dad. Fly free and fly forever.

Although I hadn't seen him for many years, I was saddened to read of Rick's passing. He was a good friend and also a customer for many years @ Teterboro. We shared our mutual love of aviation. I would often say to my wife, "I going to look him up and see how he's doing". Sad to say I didn't follow through. Many happy memories if him. My condolences to his family.
