Pastor Terry and Jan, I understand it has been a month or so since you lost one of your dearly loved children. We were not sure how to approach you with our thoughts for you and your family since we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Eric. We have four daughters and their families in our lives right now and can't imagine what it would do to either of us if we lost one. Dear Pastor Terry and Jan, I am so very sad and sorry for the loss of your son Eric. Your true and complete love for Jesus brought me so much comfort 9 years ago when you came to pray with us the day after our son Dusty died. You shared the psalm 23 with us that day from 'The Word'. You helped me and re-assured me that God held my son is his loving embrace and made him perfect...no more pain, no more turmoil...just complete love and beauty for all eternity. We are really going to miss that boy. He had such a good impact on the teens he served at the church. We love you Terry and Jan. Our prayers have been and will be with your family and kids.
