Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers to Eric's family. We went to high school together at Crystal Lake South High School. He was truly one of the "good guys."
-Angela Wood-Zuzevich

So saddened by the news of Eric's passing. Eric was one of my best friends in High School. So many great times together. We lost touch a few years after school, but I can see from all I've read that he hasn't changed. He will be missed by all that knew him. My sympathies to his Crystal Lake & Carolina families.

I am so sorry to hear the news about Eric. We would hang out on Leonard Pkwy, with Tom Modrek and Toad, skateboarding up and down the street. We also worked together at Jakes Pizza. He loved surfing, skateboarding, his family and life. He touched my life at a young age, even though he was 3 years older, he treated me like a true friend, my age didn't matter. He will truely be missed. My sympathy to his family.

I'm very sad to learn of Eric's passing. I grew up with Eric down the street from me in Crystal Lake, and we did so many things together as young kids. I remember when he got his first skateboard - gosh, we had to be 8 or 9 yrs old - he loved to go flying down the street and show everyone what these newfangled skateboards were - he was a natural! After high school, we went our separate ways, and I have always thought of what happened to Eric. My condolences to both his Mom and Dad and...

Very saddened to here this news. Eric was a good soul and friend to all who were blessed to know him.
Aloha and A Hui Hou, Airzy! Your pal Tedzy :)

Thank you for the most terrific hummus wrap! We shared a laugh, I thank you for that as well as the good food. Dang, so sorry you had to go.

I remember when Southern Bean opened in the marketplace. Eric was an inspirational man. I often saw him skateboarding. I also would run into him occasionally at the beach when I was with my son and daughter. My son would watch him surf and admired how in control he was of his body and board. My son surfs and skateboards, and is now 25. He reminds me of Eric. He also has a very"live life to the fullest" attitude. Tina, you may not know but Eric touched alot of people and we were all glad that...

So saddened by this news. I worked with Eric at the old Bert's Surf Shop during our college years and we all played hard in the heyday of Wrightsville Beach living! I have always remembered Eric fondly, busting out a good chuckle now and then when something reminded me of him and those amazing times at the beach. I find solace in imagining him riding strong to the next spiritual plane and seeing his face along with all others that I know are smiling down on us from that peace-filled...
