Bill, as I write this message I sit here stunned at discovering your loss. It was only through sending our traditional Christmas email (that bounced back) that I sensed something was wrong. I found you on Facebook and only then did I learn of your loss of your beloved son Eric. There are no words to express how much my heart is aching for you and your family. Your son was one of my best friends. I can remember calling his cell in the middle of the night, texting him during class, and gaming with him until all hours of the morning.
