Dr. Eric Michael Hitchcock

Teresa, I just now learned of Eric's passing. I am so sorry to hear such news. Please know that you and little Luke will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Deepest sympathy to Teresa, Luke & the entire Hitchcock family. It was a priveledge working with Eric as residents-& then reconnecting with him this past wrestling season. It was obvious his great pride & joy was his beautiful family-Luke & Teresa. He was blessed with many talents & taken from this world too soon. He reminds us all how fragile life is, & to be thankful for each day we have. God Bless the Hitchcock family.

I am so sorry to learn of your great loss. Eric has been in our prayers since I learned of his relapse. I wanted Luke to know how much he was respected as a skillful and compassionate surgeon but more importantly as a wonderful person. I am so sorry you will miss these qualities growing up but he will always pray for you from heaven and look after you.

It is with profound sadness that I search for the words to express the sense of loss that we feel at Eric's passing.
We did not have the priviledge of working with him for very long, but we were all touched deeply by his gentleness and kindness.
From the moment he joined our practice and jumped right in to buy the children of our needy family Christmas gifts, we knew he was someone special.
Truly, a beautiful light has been extinguished and a bright star added to the heavens.
