Still so sad about your passing. I was looking at my collection of your books, thinking that I will never be able to add to that collection. I pray that you are resting peacefully. You will always be one of the first authors that I fell in love with.

I found out about your death by accident last year after reading Sister, Sister. It saddens me that you're no longer on the planet. Your battle with pain is over and you are at peace. Your novels, however, live on as a lasting tribute to your writing genius. Thanks Eric Jerome Dickey for taking me through you mind's view of life, lust and love.

I actually love his books and actually he was like family to me. I actually started writing again because of him I actually thought this was a lie but now I'm lost without words, I had a weight lost surgery three years ago and reading his books got me though my Goodness I lost my cousin Kim Williams and now my favorite author in the world is actually gone wow I actually don't know what to do seriously
