Not sure what to say?

It´s truly heartbreaking honestly until the movie came out I didn´t know anything about what happened. As i´ve grown older I appreciate more what people have gone through in their lives. You can get caught up in your own life (not purposely) and you forget about the people who are keeping us safe! My heart goes out to all the families especially the young children who lost their fathers! I appreciate the family letting a movie made even if it´s not exactly as it was I´ve watched the ending...

GOD BLESS ERIC AND HIS CREW GREAT MEN/

I've been wanting to say something for years, but I didn't know what to say. To the entire Granite Mountain Hotshot Crew, I thank you for all that you guys did to save Yarnell and St. Joseph's Shrine. I live in Congress, AZ, just 10 miles down the 89 from Yarnell. My heart broke into a million pieces when I heard about your passings. You gentlemen are truly, and will forever be our heroes! Thank you all for everything!

Im sorry I didnt know Eric. I came upon the Instagram shared by one of our OCFA friends of Granite Hotshots anniversary of their deaths. I am married to a Ret. Captain with OCFA and our son last January became a 4th generation Firefighter in Vegas. I know the close bond the fire family has always , but the ache and void never leaves us. Your foundation is a wonderful, giving testament to the man Eric was. He was there for and with his brothers. Amanda you are in my prayers...and thank...

I only wish I could've met Eric. The way he cared for his men and his willingness to give guys a second chance when most would not shows the man he was. He lead his men with real integrity and honesty. They only know pure joy and happiness now in heaven with no pain or sorrow. God bless Amanda, his family and all of Granite Mountain family.
