To the family of Sgt. Eric Nettleton:
Eric gave the ultimate sacrifice and will be held in the hearts of Americans forever. I cannot and will not let our fallen heroes be forgotten. My deepest sympathy to you. "Some gave all."

I am so sorry to hear of your family's loss. I know there are no words to say at this time except to let you know the thoughts of many are with you in this time of sorrow. May our Father give you comfort and peace in the years to come.

Eric was the most amazing person I have ever known. If I could go back and do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. He had that personality that lightened my heart and my soul. I will always love and miss my dear husband. For those of you that have written in, I would like to thank you. And Eric, this is not goodbye, only goodnight my love. I love you Eric M. Nettleton, you truly have my whole heart forever. I'll be seeing you.

I sit here slumped in my chair knowing there is nothing to say to ease the heartache. Our son Eric was KIA in Iraq
June 24th 2007. Both a true American hero. For in the middle of the word amERICan is the name ERIC and when the name ERIC is removed it spells A MAN. Thank you both for your service and the love for others you gave.

I know there are no words to say at this time, except how sorry that I am. I truly feel your loss and pain. My thoughts and prayers are with you always. Eric will never be forgotten.

Dear James & Sandy,
I have gotten the news late that your brave son Eric lost his life in the service of his country. I only met Eric once, in NYC, but am proud to say that I have known his father for most of my life time. I want you both to know that I still care. I still love you James, and I am sorry for your loss.

Im sorry for the lost of amazing young man that gave his life for our country. Your family is in my prayers and may God comfort your heart.
