Offering my deepest sympathy for the Niemann family in this time of grief. May the memories shared help you cope through this difficult times

Eric niemann was always one of my favorite people. He had a laugh and smile that was so, so contagious. No mater what he was going through, he could always make me smile. He would call me the rule keeper because I always tried to make sure the kids played safe. He was such a strong man and family man. He loved his family so much. He will be terribly missed by all. It was too soon for you to go but you are reunited with your brother Max, so you two can create some shanagains up there. Love and...

Single Memorial Tree

I worked with Eric during his career at Zimmer. We spent many a day and night in a lot of Operating Rooms and Medical meetings. My wife Sue Ann and I spent much time with Eric and Laura. He was truly a professional and a real gentlemen. He was always a pleasure to be around and always upbeat. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

I worked with Eric at UAB Medical West. I was there when he got his diagnosis and he carried on everyday as if nothing was wrong. He was a great Sales Rep and a joy to be around.

The first time I met Eric and his wife in 2007 was over a discussion regarding brain tumors! We were Brain Buddies!! We compared our journies! His smile, faith, positive outlook and love for Laura and his kids was amazing!! I loved scrubbing in on a case at UAB Highlands when he was in the room for Zimmer! He was an encourager even when he didn´t realize it! KOKO my brain buddy until we meet again!

I knew Eric in high school but did not keep up with him except through other friends. I did reach out to him by phone about 10 years ago when a friend of mine developed brain cancer and I wanted his opinion. He was as nice, helpful and funny as the last time I saw him at the 2003 class reunion. Every word in his obit is spot on. Everyone loved Eric. May his family find peace in the years to come- KOKO- I sure would be Eric's message.
