Janet and Family: As I read about your dad and all the lovely notes in the guest book. I want to let everyone know it brings back so many memories of growing up with you and your family. I lived very close to the Nodwell family in Raytown and Janet was and still is my dearest and true friend. Sophie, eldest daughter of Eric's cousin, Esther May Rawson(nee Miles). Visited Eric when passing through on way to Branson and had Canadian breakfast, much to our pleasure. Glad we were able to get acquainted and Mom got to see Eric and Ailsa again after many years. Our condolences from your Canadian kin, Sophie and Esther.

Of all the wonderful things my Daddy gave me in this life, the best thing was the "Kansas City Cousins" that we all love. Eric was a special asset to our family and I feel so blessed that he took me into his home and treated me like a daughter for a couple of summers. He was a wonderful father, son, and brother, and grandfather. My family was so fortunate to have a man like Eric who kept our "kin" in the know and loved each of us in a special way. My love to Carol, Linda, Janet, Ronnie...
