Eric Ostergaard

Our thoughts and prayers are with Gail and the entire Ostergaard family who made us, as new neighbors, feel like part of the clan. We so loved seeing Eric as he handed out cookies to the kids, made one of those famous toasts or engaged us in great conversations. He was delightful and unique and will be missed. The obituary captured him beautifully.

Dear Gail, Ann and Paul,

Read with sadness Eric's passing.

I have many fond memories of my association with the Ostergaard family both at work and play.

Eric and I wrestled over many projects together. The story I tell often about S&O Inc. is when we were low bidder on the Fairview High School.

Eric came into my office the next day and handed me a check for as he said "a job well done". This was an unusual jesture way above the normal daily job...

What a lovely obituary for someone who seemed to encompass it all, and realize what was important in life. Family, love, humor and more.

Uncle Eric will be greatly missed. He was a wonderful, kind and funny man. The obituary really shows his personality and humor. His witty toasts over the years at family gatherings will never be forgotten.
