I only had the pleasure of knowing Eric in a professional sense and yet I was always struck by his kindness, professionalism and passion for what he did. I consider it a real honor to have worked with such a fine man. He had a profound impact on the real estate journalism community and was respected by countless number of professionals who had the privilege of working with him.
