Ricky, godspeed to you.

Tonight, I decided to Google Eric in hopes of contacting him. I was deeply saddened to instead come across his obituary. Eric was my counselor for many years, and he made a huge difference in my life. When I need strength, it’s his voice I hear in my head. Thank you, Eric, for helping me understand and accept myself. You will always be a special person in my heart. My deepest condolences to family and friends. God bless.

So many wonderful memories of laughter and good times. I know his kind and artistic spirit lives on.

We were so shocked and saddened to hear of Eric's passing. He was always a ray of sunshine when we saw him. I am grateful to have known such a beautiful soul.

I looked forward to seeing Eric and Richard on Mt. Desert every year; it was always a high point. Eric's art was a joy to behold. Your relationship was also a joy to behold.....
