I did not know Eric personally, but I heard stories about him and Mark as we walked Star and Caleb around Delaware Park. I knew from the stories, they were wonderful children. I just learned of your loss, and want you to know that my thoughts are with you. I hope memories of the joy and pride Eric brought to you and your family, help to get you through this difficult time.
I look forward to walking the dogs and sharing stories again.

Dear Mark,
You are such a good friend and it was so neat to be able to get to know your brother Eric through our friendship and scouts. He has touched so many lives, and was such a special person. His spirit will always be with us.

Please accept my deepest sympathies for the loss of your son. I have a fourteen year son and cannot imagine the loss of someone so precious. You are in my prayers and I hope you find the strength you need. We are all saddened by your loss and we here at High School North are thinking of your family.
