My name is Christina and I worked with Eric at the courthouse in San Diego. I was with Superior Court Personnel and Eric worked with the Sheriff's Dept. He was a good deputy and someone who lit up our day as we entered the building at the courthouse. My memories of Eric are funny. He was usually the first one to greet us at the door with a smile and a joke (or both). He always told me "You're running late, run, run!" and I was 30 minutes early. I think he liked to stress me out..lol I...

Another Memorial Day, I always remember you this Day Eric, not that we were friends or I knew you, but I was there on that horrible day in Iraq, losing a fellow Soldier is always the worst,and something that all Soldiers deal with. I helped with your memorial sevice at Abu, and I carry it with me everyday. This Day is harder then others for me, it takes me to places and memories that I try to supress, but life goes on, and I pray for your young family.
