Not sure what to say?

Hey Eric, it's been almost a year now and I still can't believe you're gone. There are so many things going on right now that I know you'd love to see. I like to think that you are watching right now anyways, with that grin on you face.
You left us way too soon, and we all miss you.

Matt

You were 'one of a kind' and a true friend. I wish we would have had the chance to become closer. Your name comes up frequently in my house, you may be with god, but you will not be forgotten here. You were my husband's dearest friend, he misses you more than words can say. My prayers and thoughts are always with your loved ones.

Some of the fondest memories I have from my childhood are the times I spent with Eric. Whether it be holiday gatherings or visits to Grandma and Grandpa Reed's cottage, he always made a point of including me. Not only that, he spoke to me like his peer and not his "little cousin" (I was born in 1987). I will cherish that always. He taught me The Golden Rule by the example he set when we were together. He will be forever loved and never forgotten.

It has been over 4 months and not a day goes by that I don't think of Eric, Russ, Karen, Nicole, or Jason.
I recall the stories that Eric's friends and family members told. It makes me smile to think of the fun- loving and caring man they spoke of. I think of my own memories of Eric as a quiet, kind hearted nephew and cousin.... with a great grin.
There is a hole in our family, and it makes all of these memories more precious.
Russ, Karen, Jason and Nicole,as I think of...

Pretty Auntie, Uncle Russ, Nicole and Jason--

Eric was an amazing son, brother, cousin, friend and boyfriend. He had a great smile and always knew how to have a good time. We miss him greatly, but he will be with us forever. On those days when you are feeling down just remember he is looking down on all of us and knows how much each and every one of us cares about him. I love you all and i hope you know I think of you guys constantly.

Love,

Meredith
