Not sure what to say?

Still thinking of you old friend - Photographers and Students appreciate your contributions and miss your unique sage advice.

Eric was my prof. at Alfred. His classes were always interesting for me..We weren't to far apart in age and he treated me as an equal. I am so sorry about his passing...

Think of Eric often, shared many good times @ UC, Alfred U., Alfred NY, Cranbrook. Introduced Eric to Barby Simpson. Yrs. ago a lecture series brought Eric back to the Cinti./KY area, upon entering our house, even though many yrs. had passed bt. personal visits, it felt like we just continued from where we left off. There's something to be said for chemistry bt. personalities. On my personal travels to Sante Fe, a big favorite, and very recently to the Netherlands, still reminiscing times...

I wrote about pinhole photography and taught photo history at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and used Eric's mag. "The Pinhole Journal" often. Students loved his mag. His contribution to the field was incredible. I moved to Santa Fe, NM in 2019 and wanted to look him up, but it was too late when I got around to it. He was amazing and I so wanted to meet him.

Eric was a professor of mine at Alfred University. He was always helpful and treated me with respect. I liked him.

Group of 10 Memorial Trees

I'm a proud owner of 2, 3 (signed by Eric), and 4 ed of Pinhole Photography, also several pinhole, zoneplate and else from them. Every time I needed some guidance about, they were there. He and Nancy were and are very special people.
Thank you for all!

I included Pinhole Photography as a subset of teaching Scientific Methods and was rewarded with the utter amazement of students who were finding out that a camera is not always something so complex, and...
