The color of the sky paled in comparison to Eric W. Swanson's most prized possession: his 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. It was in this same car, only with well-worn tires, that he arrived at his final destination on January 19, 2020, hitting no more than a few potholes along the way.Eric Waldemar...

Not sure what to say?

I remember working with Eric in Bushings products GE.

I worked with Eric in 1968-69 and graduated with Marylou. Bought his DodgeRT440 from him. He would let me drive it when I was in High School before I ended up buying the car from him. He undid the secondary carburetor linkage though, good thing he did. Enjoyed knowing Eric, could never beat him in Chess at lunch time in GE. Just saw his passing and wanted to write this.

Marylou,
We are so sorry to hear of Mr. Swanson's passing. The two of you were great neighbors during our 17 years next door. I remember him helping Adrian to learn to ride his bike.
You're in our thoughts.

Dear Marylou, I'm so sorry about Eric. I couldn't make the services because I'm currently in Florida, but I've been thinking about you since reading Eric's obituary. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Jean (Sinopoli) Martin

You will be forever in my heart Uncle Boo.

Dear Marylou & family,
My prayers are with you. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Marylou & family,

I just read this & am so sorry for your loss. May all the memories you hold in your hearts get you thru this difficult time. My deepest sympathies! Prayers & thoughts for you all!

Rick was such an amazing man and I feel blessed to have spent the small amount of time with him that I did. He will forever hold a place in my heart.

Dear Marylou and family,

What a beautiful obituary that summarizes a special man and his loving family. I pray he rests easy now after such a valiant fight. I hope all of your wonderful memories will help you through this most difficult time. Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
