Connor-Healy Funeral Home - Manchester Obituary

Eric David Vachon, July 2, 1986 to July 4, 2015.

He was a devoted son of David "Vic" and Nancy Vachon and a loving brother to his sister, Codi, and brother, Kyle.

Eric attended Central High School, Brooks School, and Suffolk University. He proudly worked at Cummings Printing.

Eric's large group of wonderful friends as well as his close extended family meant the world to him. He was always giving and receiving the many joys and happiness life has to offer.

Eric enjoyed hockey, snowboarding, baseball, golf, bowling, cribbage, and lake swimming. He was always a competitor.

The family asks that the happiness and insight Eric brought to so many never be forgotten. He will live forever in our hearts.

Not sure what to say?

I worked with Eric for a small period of time in 2008-2009 at Boston Sports Club selling gym memberships. In the summer of 2009 I moved out to California, but we kept in contact periodically. I owed him a phone call around the time of his passing and saw the devastating news on Facebook. I miss him dearly...its amazing the impact people can have on you, even for a short time. Miss you brother, 16 years later.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Nancy and Vic, I think of Eric quite often and know how much you must miss him every day. I just wanted to let you know I will be thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers. Love and blessings... Janice

Time passes by quickly, just seemed like yesterday we were at the Twarijans having a fun time. God Bless,

It's been almost a year since your passing and I still can't get you out of my mind. I wish things could have turned out different. We came to Mt. Side as strangers and left as friends. I will never forget the laughs we had while there and hope that your family is celebrating your life while you were with us. You were truly one of a kind. I'll miss you pal!

Dear Dave and family,
We have no words to express our sorrow for your loss. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Eric there will be never another like you. You brought joy and laughter whenever I saw. RIP kid

There are no words to describe the sorrow and pain we feel for all of you. Please know that Eric was very special to us and will always be in our hearts - (and Rob's stomach)! We're grateful for the fun memories and the more recent ones of Travis's wedding. It was a special weekend because Eric was there. Our thoughts, prayers, and love always.

God Bless You Eric and Family. You were an inspiration to us Mt Side Residents. You have touched us all so deeply LUV Kim F
