Erich W. Pitz

I knew Cadet Pitz for his entire life. Very few people were as much fun and entertaining as Erich and his many friends for that matter. My brother Reed and Erich were close friends so I saw and heard of their many adventures.
My condolences to the entire Pitz immediate and extended family.

Dear Pitz Family,
I have the good fortune to have worked with Erich and his team at McMullen & Pitz for about ten years. Erich was a 'straight shooter' in every phase of life, business, personal and hunter!
He can rest more easily now.

Erich was larger than life way back in 7th grade. Sad the world is without his physical presence now but glad he had such a great life, family and friends.

Our deepest sympathy to your family. We got to know Erich because every year he would let us pick apples for making applesauce from his tree on hwy 310. We commented then to each other about his firm handshake and his kindness. A genuine human being!

So sorry to hear about Erich. We were friends in grade school and into Junior High school. The Pitz's lived just down the block from us. I have been gone from Manitowoc since 1971 and have lost touch with many old friends. So happy to hear that Erich successfully came through the many challenges of our youth. My best to the family, of whom I only knew Jody. Hope all is well with you. Tom
