Was very sad to see this. I had the great honor and pleasure to work with Det. Contreras on a case while I was a Nassau County Assistant District Attorney. He was such a joy to work, treated everyone with great respect, and always went the extra mile on the case. He made my job easier by being so professional and dedicated, May he Rest in peace. Deepest condolences to the family.

Mom Contreras, BFF Anita and my Contreras siblings. I'm honored to have had the opportunity to know and love Erick as a little boy but, saddened of his sudden death. I will never forget him, thank you for sharing him with the rest of us.
