Our family is so sorry for your loss but we hope that the joy and memories of Eric will stay with you for a long time to come. Erick's loss was a blow to many people. I am so sorry and please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Erick hired me at Compass. I had been in wholesale management for several years and had virtually no following on the retail side of the business. He made the move against the advise of his supervisor. It worked out beautifully for both of us. I will never forget him.
