Am so sorry to hear about Erika's passing. My sympathy to her family. Erika was one of the first girls I met in the dorm at Beloit College in the fall of 1972. She was a delightful, caring, smart person. I feel lucky to have known her.

I am extraordinarily sad to hear of Erika's passing. My heart and prayers go out to her family members. I was a Beloit College classmate of hers and for a time, very close to her. We shared a mutual interest in all things related to Germany, and for a time, took several classes together. My deepest sympathies to all in Erika's family. I spent many days sitting near or next to Erika in fourth through eighth grade at St. Mary's School, and always admired how hard she worked; how thoughtful she was. Life takes us on very different journeys. I hope Erika's was personally fulfilling and happy. May she rest in peace.
