Not sure what to say?

My Dear Pat, I am so sorry to hear about Erin's passing. I have great memories of growing up in church with your family and living in the same neighborhood. She was a joy to be around and I will miss her. Hugs and prayers to your family.

I feel honored to have met Erin, though only once, at her home a few years back while traveling with Andrew on a road trip. I loved listening to her speak of Andrew growing up, her love for her students, the stories of her families' uniquely passed-down skills of artistic loop rugs, and spending the evening enjoying a few glasses of red wine and many more laughs. Erin's calm smile, quiet humor, and gracious hosting has left a fond mark in my memories. I'm grateful to have met her and to...

Many fond, fun and crazy memories shared with Erin at William Woods/Alpha Chi Omega. Will always remember the energy and smile Erin brought to every college event. My sincere condolences to the Lankford Family.

She hopped on the school bus with her brother Michael, grinning from ear to ear! 4 years younger than me, she always had a cheerful demeanor and was so kind. The O'Rourkes were family friends of my husband's parents, and his sister Nanette and Erin were good friends. We pray for the family she leaves behind, that all can feel God's grace and love as you cope with this loss. RIP Erin.

I first began working with Erin in 1999 at Manor Hill. It was my first year as principal and Erin was teaching special education. Let´s just say that Erin and I got to know each other quickly! It didn´t take long for me to see what an incredible teacher she was. We faced some difficult situations and Erin didn´t hesitate to take those challenges on. When Erin became a Process Coordinator, I was fortunate enough to get to work with her again. Over the 14 years we worked together, I always...

The first memory I have of Erin goes back to when we were Brownies, in second or third grade, attending Girl Scout Camp. She had two long braids hanging down the front and they went all the way to her hips. We weren´t in the same patrol so I didn´t know her, just remembered those braids. Eventually we were old enough that we were in the same school and I instantly knew that was the Brownie I saw years before. I remember Erin´s mom, Pat, was one of the leaders at camp. Erin is a very special person. I currently teach in her old classroom at Manor Hill. When I came to MH 25 years ago, she was such a friendly face who answered many questions from a new teacher. She was such a support system for me. Over the last 25 years, she is always someone I could call or email with any issue and she always had an answer!! True leader and friend. LPS was lucky to have her!! Always a Patriot!
