Not sure what to say?

Our sincerest condolences to Bill and the whole family on this tremendous loss. Thinking of you all.

Mr. Johnson was such a wonderful man and dedicated educator. My wife was on the Anoka Community Concert Board with him.

Ed Burns ASH 62
Nancy (Ehlert) Burns ASH64 and a music teacher at Dayton Elem.

God bless the Family and Friends of Mr. Erling Johnson:
On behalf of Mr. Johnson, please accept my heartfelt thanks for his influence in my life. I graduated from Champlin Elem., Anoka Jr., and Anoka Senior High (1970) and have always believed that I received a top-notched education- way back before the AP classes offered in high schools today. I attended Winona State as a future teacher, and that first year, my Am. History, Calculus, and Sociology courses used the exact same textbooks...

Erling was an amazing man who was a wonderful example of how a person should live their life. He was honorable, involved, moral, pleasant, and very sharp up until recently when his health got the better of him. If a person can live the number of years Erling did and maintain that type of reputation, they are truly incredible, as was Erling. God Bless You Erling. Cres Schramm, a friend from Trinity Episcopal Church--Geneva waits no longer.

We are among Erling's many friends and colleagues who admired such a loving, faithful gentleman. We want his family to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers at this time. We shall miss Erling greatly. Our sympathy to you all.

Our fond memories of Erling date back to the 1950's when he was Superintendent at Mankato and I was County Superintendent of Blue Earth County. The Johnsons were family friends and Erling an inspiring mentor. Our thoughts and prayers go to the Johnson family. He was a great educator.

Our sincere condolences to the Johnson family during their time of loss. May you find comfort in knowing others share in your loss.
Sincerely,
Willis and Carolyn Roberson
