Not sure what to say?

The summers of my childhood were spent anticipating when Uncle Erman and Aunt Beck would be in for vacation, how long they were staying, and what fun things he would do with my cousins and me.
Every time I see an antique beer can, I remember Uncle Erman and his stories of unearthing them from various sites around our hometown area as well as other parts of the country. It seemed as if he knew the history of every brewery, every can, and every label...
Our family is scattered...

Dad

vance

An old friend who will missed especially for the stories he told of his antique finds and his true friendship.

When Aunt Becky married Erman she added a "jewel" to our family. He was the best, never a flaw did I find. If you knew him you loved him, if you spent time with him your life changed forever. His wit and charm was beyond measurable. I often sat, listened and laughed with Uncle Erman for hours but it felt only like minutes. I admired his unconditional love and respect he gave to his family and others and the way he put children high on a pedestal.
Uncle Erman I now vision you sitting...

Uncle Erman filled so much of my childhood summers in Long Fork. I have so many happy memories of spending time with him as a child. I now pass those memories to my children with a smile on my face and in my heart when telling the stories. He truly was a great man with a big heart. When I think of Uncle Erman, I will always see that big ole smile on his face..

Uncle Erman you will be so missedI could never have asked for a better uncle you will always be in my heart and my thoughts
so much love Alice

My grandfather was such a wonderful man and had such a big heart. I was truly blessed to have him in my life. One can not put into words how much he will be missed by everyone who know and loved him. He will never be forgotten in the hearts of his family.
